Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how to return, exchange, or receive a refund. Please read it carefully — by placing an order with us you agree to its terms.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items, you must report within 48 hours of delivery for full eligibility.
- Returns requested after 7 days are not eligible, except where required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. Eligibility for Return
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- In original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and free gifts intact.
- Accompanied by the original tax invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear.
- Pierced jewellery (earrings, nose pins, etc.).
- Beauty, skincare, and personal-care products once opened.
- Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalised items.
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Items showing visible signs of wear, wash, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
4. How to Request a Return
- Sign in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the relevant order and click Request Return.
- Choose a reason and (where applicable) upload photos.
- Our team reviews and approves the request within 24 hours on business days.
- We arrange a free reverse pickup with our logistics partner. Pickup attempts are made up to 3 times within 5 business days.
- Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, with all tags and the invoice. Hand it to the courier executive who will provide a pickup acknowledgement.
5. Quality Inspection
Once received at our warehouse, the item undergoes a quality inspection within 2–3 business days. If the item meets the eligibility criteria above, we proceed with the refund or exchange. If it fails the check (e.g., visible wear, missing tags, mismatch with the original product), we may reject the return and send the item back to you. The decision of our quality team is final, subject to your right to escalate to the Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy § 10).

Bank processing times are outside our control. The refund timeline starts from the date the return passes quality inspection.
7. Exchanges
You may exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Pickup of the original item and dispatch of the replacement are both free. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description.
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- No restocking fee, no reverse-shipping fee, no quality-inspection delay.
9. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, free of charge, from your My Orders page or by contacting support.
- Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and must instead go through the standard return flow.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are initiated within 24 hours.
10. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on standard returns. However, if a return is rejected during quality inspection, you bear the cost of return shipment to your address.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, or any other applicable Indian law. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of your jurisdiction.
